Lyrical and contemporary combine the many technical elements of classical ballet with the freedom, fluidity, expressiveness and airier aspects of jazz. These classes are expressive and dynamic, focused on conveying musicality and emotion through movement.

Contemporary dance combines elements of ballet, modern and jazz dance forms to create a hybrid, free-flowing yet technically balanced dance.
Contemporary dance combines strong and controlled movements of ballet and modern dance. Contempory also strongly involves a free feeling in the torso. Our classes include floor work, contract and release, fall and recovery, along with improvisation movements.
A form of dance which takes its technique from classical ballet but permits a greater range of movement and abstract shapes. It is athletic in nature and pulls upon yoga and Pilates principles to create strength.
