Contemporary Dance describes a range of techniques using the body's natural lines and energy, allowing a greater range and fluidity of movement than conventional dance techniques.
Learn basic to intermediate contemporary dance techniques including body placements and positions, transfer of weight, using the floor, and improvisation in this 5-week introductory course.
Timetabled to run before or after your ballet class, contemporary is a beautiful, free flowing style of dance that makes you feel amazing after every class!
