About ProTrainings
The training curriculum offered by ProTrainings was created as a joint effort between the ITG Instructor Training Ltd in the UK and ProTrainings, LLC in the USA. Over the past seven years, these two companies have certified more than 250,000 individuals.
ProTrainings offers a complete service for instructors teaching 100% in the classroom, blended and 100% online. A comprehensive referral program is also available for all website owners, instructors or individuals. All online courses use the latest technology and video based training to ensure full understanding.
This course will give the participants the opportunity to develop the skills to deal with difficult and aggressive behaviour. Delegates will have the opportunity to examine the phases of aggressive behaviour and develop an approach to remain in control.
We’re all angry sometimes, but anger can insert itself into our lives so much that we risk ruining relationships, losing a job, or even ending up in difficulty with the police. This half-day workshop discusses what’s going on in those moments where anger takes control.
Anger is a universal experience. Dogs get angry, bees get angry, and so do humans. You don’t have to be a psychologist to know that managing anger productively is something few individuals, organisations, and societies do well.
This course provides you with the awareness and skills to identify and manage anger and stress, giving you the skills to be able to deal with your own stress and anger, and help others with theirs, too.
The course takes place in comfortable surroundings just outside London over three days (Friday afternoon till Sunday afternoon). Most attendees stay locally – yes, we will provide you with a list of nearby options.
