This course is designed for private enterrpise as wel as the not for profit sector and covers the main areas of corporate governance expected of a senior management team and a Board of Directors.

The Not for Profit sector is a growing segment of global charitable, social and religious development. It employs many hundreds of thousands of people and helps many millions. 

All of a Not for Profit’s revenue comes from donations or government programs and both these have grown making many Not for Profits (also called Non-Government Organisations or NGO’s) large units from a corporate perspective.
