Course Details

This is the first stage of the three levels of Corporate Leadership. The focus of this course will be on the essentials of leadership in the corporate world as well as, in the fast-changing global economy. Both the attributes of successful and failed leadership will be discussed. 

 

Course Objective:

This course aims at exposing the hurdles of leadership in a bid to prepare upcoming leaders for the challenging responsibilities of being a leader. It attempts to prepare to-be leaders for various leadership positions across industry sectors.
