In the cosmetology program, you will be afforded the opportunity to learn haircutting, color, texture services, nail care, makeup application, retail knowledge, business developmental skills, and knowledge on how to gain and retain clients.
Founded in 1968, Kenneth Shuler School of Cosmetology is a Redken Premier School with over 50 years of proven experience in the cosmetology and beauty industry.
At Kenneth Shuler School of Cosmetology, everything we do is to benefit our students. We’re passionate about seeing our students through to graduation and starting their careers in the beauty industry as licensed professionals.
In addition to training on how to cut and color hair, we teach our students how to build clientele and run their cosmetology and beauty business utilizing the world-renowned ProsperU program.
Upon completion of our cosmetology or esthetics program, our students leave completely prepared to enter into the cosmetology and beauty field thanks to their portfolio showcasing their works as students and a resume geared to the cosmetology and beauty industry.
All students have the opportunity to compete in competitions during their time at the Kenneth Shuler School of Cosmetology.

This program has been created to provide a formation in Cosmetology that complies with the requirements established by the governmental organizations. It is also designed to train the students in the skills required by cosmetologists in their beginning level.
This class is to be taken seriously and deals with sensitive waxing issues and areas. You will be taught how to engage and perform this professional service and make your clients of different races, sizes, ethnicity, feel very comfortable and welcomed.
Eyebrows course is offered by New York Institute of Beauty. Our courses are taught by licensed professionals who are extremely dedicated to ensuring you leave with all the necessary skills to broaden your horizons.
