Founded in 1968, Kenneth Shuler School of Cosmetology is a Redken Premier School with over 50 years of proven experience in the cosmetology and beauty industry.
At Kenneth Shuler School of Cosmetology, everything we do is to benefit our students. We’re passionate about seeing our students through to graduation and starting their careers in the beauty industry as licensed professionals.
In addition to training on how to cut and color hair, we teach our students how to build clientele and run their cosmetology and beauty business utilizing the world-renowned ProsperU program.
Upon completion of our cosmetology or esthetics program, our students leave completely prepared to enter into the cosmetology and beauty field thanks to their portfolio showcasing their works as students and a resume geared to the cosmetology and beauty industry.
All students have the opportunity to compete in competitions during their time at the Kenneth Shuler School of Cosmetology.
Our esthetics program is currently offered at our Rock Hill (Charlotte). You should also learn how to recognize skin problems that may go beyond an esthetician’s skills and patients who may need to be referred to a dermatologist or other medical professional.
Our cosmetology program focuses on modern color techniques, Redken cutting systems, state board preparation, and ProsperU’s Modern Business Program. In the cosmetology program, you will be afforded the opportunity to learn haircutting, color, texture services, nail care, makeup application.
