The Sae Estrie was born in 2019 from the merger of the business services of the school service centers of the Région-de-Sherbrooke, Hauts-Cantons, Sommets and the Eastern Townships School Board and since 2022 the Center de Val-des-Cerfs school services.
Its mission is to be an innovative center of excellence in continuing education that meets the needs of the workforce and businesses in our region. Our team of 25 committed employees deploys more than 650 training courses annually, helping to train nearly 5,000 people annually.

This course is designed to train workers to operate both types of elevated / aerial work platform (AWP, scissor lifts and booms).
The Alberta Construction Training Institute’s (ACTI) course is 6-8 Hr depending on experience. Compact or Mini Excavators are tracked or wheeled vehicles that are mostly used for digging and lifting but can also be used with a wide variety of attachments.
EHS Zone provides a variety of Occupational Health and Safety courses for workers and supervisors. The training sessions are held at our location in Vaughan, ON and also in different training centers around the GTA.
Upon successful completion, participants receive certification required for work sites.
This course based on CSA Z259 Standard provides a general understanding of responsibilities when working in areas where fall hazards are present, the use and inspection of required equipment, and the critical controls necessary to reduce the risk of a fall.
