Pizza Making class is offered by Cook LA Cooking School. We offer an assortment of classes - from preparing world-wide cuisines, basic cooking techniques (gluten-free/vegan/vegetarian) - all in a fun, engaging atmosphere designed for all cooking types.
It will be structured with a professional chef leading the class. Explanations will be simple and concise, yet with a professional taste. Hygiene is crucial, and the working materials are of the highest quality.
We start this class by making pizza dough from scratch. While it proofs, we work on the toppings, and then learn to stretch it using time honored techniques, all under the watchful eye of Chef Daniel. Finally we bake the pizzas to perfection.
Pizza Making Class is offered by Kids Who Cook. In all classes, everything is very hands-on and everybody gets a chance to do a little of everything. The children are taught how to clean up and then everyone sits to eat what was made. Lets make our own dough, learn how yeast works.Â
There are many types of pizza. In this class everyone will make two different doughs; one to make a traditional Chicago style deep dish pizza and the other to make a flat bread pizza and even a dessert pizza.
