Crew Resource Management (CRM) is a training programme designed to improve safety and efficiency in aviation by focusing on effective teamwork, communication, and decision-making skills among crew members.

The course for becoming a CRM Trainer (CRMT) equips participants with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills to deliver engaging and impactful CRM lessons. Emphasising facilitation and instructional techniques, the training ensures that CRMTs can meet regulatory requirements.
