We are always looking for new members of all abilities and we aim to be “all inclusive” meaning that all children that attend our sessions will be given equal opportunities.
Junior training takes place on Monday evenings between 5.30 and 7.00pm and is open to any child over the age of 5 years old.
Outdoor sessions are run at SWMCC from early April until late September.
Winter training is on the same day/time and runs from November until March and is held indoors at a local school sports hall.

Each junior age group has a team manager that is responsible for arranging each match and ensuring that our players know who and where they are playing each week.
We bring in ECB qualified coaches to run our junior training on Monday evenings and this ensure that the children get the best coaching available.
We provide all the equipment that the children require but we find that as the children get older, they like to have their own gear but this is not essential.
The Ground was leased from the Egerton Estate and was originally farm land and orchards, part of Hobson Hall Farm. The Club House incorporates parts of the original barn and the farm yard cobbles lie underneath the main lounge.
Cricket Training is offered by Middleton Cricket Club for all ages and skill level. The Club is always looking for new members and players but you must be a member of the Club to train.
The school has historically run a group coaching session on Saturday mornings to ensure all children have the opportunity to play and learn about the game. The sessions are run on Saturday between 9.00am 11:00am.

The Junior Cubs classes are aimed at beginners just starting out on their cricket journeys and are for children in Year 1 at school. The Junior Cubs course are fun, educational and aim to develop basic cricketing skills.
Dynamos Cricket provides boys and girls from 8-11 years old with 6+ sessions of non-stop fun. Each week there will be a focus on a different cricket skill to build their confidence and ability, before they take part in a 60-ball countdown cricket match.
