Get ready for spooky season with these adorable crocheted eyeballs! In this class we’ll learn how to make them, and figure out what to do with them! You can turn them into a Halloween sweater, a tote bag, spooky pillow, or go crazy and make them into a creepy eyeball blanket. Let’s kick off the season early so we can have a project finished by Halloween!
This class is for the advanced beginner, already familiar with either chain or magic ring starts. We’ll go over basic stitches and how to turn a round shape into a square.
Please purchase the following BEFORE class*
Yarn in at least three colors - black, white and eye color(s) of choice. Bits of red may be fun to add in bloodshot marks for the extra creep factor.
yarn may be any weight you prefer- we recommend DK weight
4mm Crochet hook, or size that meets gauge of chosen yarn
*Yarn and crochet hooks will be available for purchase through Strikke Yarns on the day of the class as well.

Two Session Class with Reena Brooks to learn to knit Continental or English. This is also a good refresher class for people that "used to knit way back in the day". Materials required, not included with class price; Worsted weight yarn and size 8 straight knitting needles.
In this class you will learn to use an inkle loom and tablets to weave simple designs. With the same threading, you will be able to weave pattern variations depending on how you turn the tablets. It is fun to experiment and see what new patterns you can create!
