This course equips students with the knowledge and skills necessary to create substantial value for customers by focusing on building brand awareness, optimizing order fulfillment, and implementing effective support and retention activities to foster long-term customer loyalty.
Throughout the course, students will explore various aspects of CRM, including the evaluation of data and metrics to gain insights and enhance customer relationships and drive organizational decision making. By analyzing customer data, students will learn to identify trends, preferences, and behaviors to tailor their strategies and interactions accordingly.
