With the goal of improving customer service relationships and helping customer retention (customer retention) towards increased sales. 

Introduction to the CRM system by using the chatbot platform as the most effective tool, playing the important role of good communication with customers. It works to automate marketing (marketing tools) on all social media channels and can automate sales to existing customers and get new customers.

The implementation of this program opens up opportunities and space to help participants understand some effective communication strategies and techniques that are organized and regular.
