In addition to communication and support training, students receive training on popular operating systems, including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Windows Server, and Linux.
Moreover, students learn how to configure computer and network technologies such as Cisco routers and switches, server virtualization, network services, and security technologies, as well as how to perform penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, and forensic analysis of security breaches.
Experiential learning is infused in most of the courses using simulation; students engage in a capstone project in the second term in which they will make recommendations and practical cyber defense solutions for active businesses.
