The goal of this course is to help you understand what the responsibilities are for those who manage, operate and maintain a company roadway vehicle and how to manage those responsibilities to protect your health and safety and the health and safety of your co-workers.
This Defensive Driving Basics course will also establish an understanding of the statutory requirements of the federal COHS, Provincial and Territorial OH&S legislations.
We will achieve our knowledge exchange objectives through classroom discussion. This course will provide the participant with the necessary knowledge regarding;
Incident Reporting, Investigations and Disciplinary Process.
Emergency Preparedness and Vehicle Emergency Kits.
Driver Qualifications and Licensing Requirements.
