In this course, you will focus on gaining the skills and knowledge you need to undertake professional accounting job roles in the Financial Services sector, including Tax Agent, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Officer, Payroll Service provider and roles that provide range of other accounting tasks for organisations in a range of industries.
You’ll learn how to apply solutions to a range of often complex problems and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.
You’ll gain extensive experience in providing financial and business performance information, and preparing legally compliant income tax returns for individuals, as well as managing budgets and forecasts and preparing financial reports for corporate entities.
You’ll also have the opportunity to learn how to implement and maintain internal control procedures and provide management accounting information.
Successful completion of this course will prepare you for employment in the Financial Services industry, and could also set you up for further study at university.
