Premier Cakes is a minority and locally owned, family operated business that specializes in Southern homemade from scratch old fashioned cakes & pies. We have Extraordinary Gourmet Cakes & Desserts! It takes a lot of effort, dedication & commitment to produce cakes like this daily!

We also have in our repertoire of desserts:
Italian, French, Latin, Caribbean, & Jamaican desserts. Most ingredients are sourced locally and all desserts are preservative free.

Premier Cakes has received national recognition from America's Best Restaurant and we placed highly in the Sweetest Bakery in American contest in 2018. Premier Cakes has appeared on the My Carolina Today Show, Shaw University's WSHA, Midtown Raleigh News, The Bertie Ledger, and The Roanoke-Chowan News Herald among others. We also had a long running television commercial on Raleigh's CW22 & WRDC 28  as well as advertisements on The Light radio station FM103.9.
