This is a 35 week course for people supporting learning in primary, secondary and special schools who wish to gain a qualification as a trained teaching assistant supporting the work of the classroom teacher.
This qualification is intended for those who maintain the quality of assessment from within an organisation or assessment centre.
As a trainer you need to understand how people learn and how to construct a course which shows an understanding of the legal framework surrounding moving and handling along with the factors and principles to be considered when carrying out a manual handling risk assessment.
