This course introduces the student to the fundamental principles of 12 lead ECG interpretation. Students will develop a systematic approach to analyzing basic ECG rhythms, rates, axis and conduction defects.
Learners will acquire an understanding of dangerous arrhythmias of the atria and ventricle. There will be a brief introduction to pacemakers as well.

This course prepares students to collect good-quality heart rhythm and 12-lead ECG data, and to interpret the data s significance in the context of exercise testing and prescription.
Students can refresh their knowledge in performing electrocardiograms through this blended learning workshop.
Upon completion of our Advanced ECG course you will be able to set up, prepare and interpret basic ECG studies.
Participants will learn step-by-step procedure to perfom a 12-lead ECG.
Students are introduced to principles of electrocardiography.
