This session will guide you through the essentials of planning a successful Building Information Modeling (BIM) project. Based on ISO 19650, you’ll learn how to define your project goals, set up clear communication protocols, create a BIM Execution Plan (BEP), and assign roles and responsibilities within your project team. We’ll cover how to align BIM processes with your project’s deliverables, manage data exchange and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
