Efficient Operation and Troubleshooting of Centralized Chilled Water Hvac System

This 2-days training course is aimed at equipping the participants with the necessary fundamental principles to understand the rationales of efficient operation and systematic trouble shooting on every sub-systems of the entire centralized air conditioning system. Trouble shooting on air conditioning system is very often done with “trial-and-error” techniques or with hands-on experience inherited from the seniors. 

This often results in prolonged downtime or wasting of resources. In view of today’s rising energy costs, operating the Centralized Chiller Plant in an efficient and trouble- free manner is important to minimize operating costs.

But during this 2-day course the participants will learn a systematic way of measuring data, analyzing these data, diagnosing with their newly learnt theories and finally arriving at the correct solutions for the problems.

• Understand the construction, capacity control and application of Air Handling Unit (AHU) and performance of the cooling coils.
• Recognize some common issues with air distribution system.
• Expose to case studies of troubleshooting chilled water system
