Topics include non-ideal Op-Amp amplifier characteristics, practical amplifier designs, linear/non-linear Op-Amp circuits, filters and tuned amplifiers, oscillators, signal generators, power output stages, etc.
Advanced course on the analysis and design of electronic circuits.
Topics include non-ideal Op-Amp amplifier characteristics, practical amplifier designs, linear/non-linear Op-Amp circuits, filters and tuned amplifiers, oscillators, signal generators, power output stages, etc.
Circuit applications to such areas as instrumentation, signal processing and conditioning, and control are considered. Key design concepts are experienced through laboratory work and a major design project, use of electronic circuit simulation tools, and solving design problems.
Toronto Metropolitan University is at the intersection of mind and action. What our students learn in the classroom is enhanced by real-world knowledge and experience. We champion diversity, entrepreneurship and innovation.
Toronto Advantage
The university is located in the heart of Toronto, Canada, the fourth largest city in North America. Here, students can connect with leaders in culture, business, health care or government because opportunity lives at our front door. That's an urban campus.
Zone Learning
Toronto Metropolitan University has pioneered a unique experiential program called zone learning—a great complement to your courses with the opportunity to earn an additional credential on your transcript. You'll work with like-minded students from diverse disciplines and community groups.
Creative, connected and entrepreneurial—graduate education at Toronto Metropolitan University puts you at the core of what’s next. Our graduate programs are distinctive and offer an outstanding student-centred experience.

This workshop will introduce you to the exciting world of PCB fabrication, where you’ll design and mill your very own board from scratch.
You will learn basic electronics skills by tackling a project: a signal generator and conditioning circuits.
This is an introductory course in AutoCAD and a PCB (printed circuit board) fabrication software.
Taylor Electronic Designs was established in 1970 to manufacture Audio-Visual equipment (Dissolves and Programmers for multi-image 35mm slide presentations) under the Taylor name.
This program trains individuals to become industrial electronics technicians.
