Course Content
Based on the ANSI/SIA A92.6-1999 and CSA B354.2-01 - Self Propelled Elevating Work Platforms, ANSI/SIA A92.5-1992 and CSA B354.4-02 Self-Propelled Boom-Supported Elevating Work Platforms standards this course covers standards and regulations along with operator responsibilities, equipment inspection, machine operation and emergency procedures.
Safe Rigging Practices as well as load weight estimation and the importance of proper sling angles are also covered in order to give participants the skills needed to safely preform the job of Rigger/Signaler/Banksman
Have your workers trained and certified on the legislation for guardrails, cross-braces, tie-off points, platform material heights and when to have scaffolding professionally engineered so that you can be confident that they are safe.
The Heat Stress Awareness course is recommended for all workers that are at risk of heat exposure, and for their supervisors to complete.
This course provides students a basic understanding of fall protection systems and equipment regarding fit, selection and maintenance. It will cover relevant federal and provincial legislative requirements.
This course will provide the learner with the required knowledge to perform a Tower Crane and Construction Rescue.
