A1 First Aid and Safety is locally owned and operated out of Regina, Saskatchewan. Owner, Cathleen MacPhee has been teaching first aid and safety courses for over 20 years and has been involved in various aspects of the first aid and safety industry for over 25 years.
Throughout the years we have trained individuals, companies, corporations, and groups from every background and ages imaginable. Our prices are comparable to others in the industry and we offer discounts to for students, volunteer groups and others for whom cost may be a barrier.
