All F-1 students that study ESL in the United States need a Form I-20, which is a Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Student Status. HOFT Institute is authorized by the US government to issue the I-20 form.

HOFT students can range in age from child to adult; they are enrolled in one class or in a full time program; they may be self-funded or sponsored by a corporation, university or government; and they can be onsite or anywhere in the world through HOFT online programs and services. Each year students from over 30+ countries receive services from the HOFT Institute faculty and staff.

The general English program is designed to develop your overall ability to communicate and interact in English. The proficiency-based, student-centered methodology is focused on building the skills that you need to use English in everyday life.
Academic English classes focus on building the language skills which students need in university and professional life.
Our program places an exceptional emphasis on speaking. Students practice speaking skills frequently in class, receiving regular guidance and correction from their instructor.
Students work on exercises to learn basic English grammar, including the simple present, present continuous, simple past, and simple future tenses.
In person or online, individual or group English lessons to help staff with low English skills. Provide language tools to improve communications between national and foreign countries staff.
