Excavator Safety

WTSTC is a non-profit training organization that was established in 1994 by the Permian Basin industry to provide safety training to area workers. WTSTC is made up of approximately 1000 member companies that provide a myriad of services to Permian Basin industry.

WTSTC is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.  The content of our training courses and mode of delivery is approved by the WTSTC Steering Committee. WTSTC has a full-time training and administrative staff.  All training is documented, and records are maintained in a secure database.  

WTSTC provides customized training and orientations upon request. Training is delivered by class instructors, computer-based training, and Zoom video conferencing. Offsite training is available.
