This course aims to equip the learners with the basic skills and knowledge to perform Facial treatment in accordance with proper industry standards and procedures in their workplace.

• Basic knowledge of skin structure, types, functions of skin and tissues and the skin’s reaction to facial treatment.

• Types and effects of facial skin treatment equipment and products.

• Facial treatment techniques (Practical skill performance).

• Contraindications of products and treatment, and procedures to check for and handle contraindications

• Purpose and methods to conduct skin sensitivity test.

• Procedures for safe preparation and handling of products, tools and equipment.

• Procedures to prepare the customer for treatment.

• Standard aftercare and advice and home application advice
