We are a team of professionals, experienced in Kalakaksh Institute.
An artist by profession, Renu Ma’am started the first professional Arts Institute of Indore in 1988 and has kindled the spark in many lives ever since. From just a handful of students and 25 courses to offer, the institute, now in it’s 29th year, holds a history of over 15000 students and offers more than 50 courses.
Ma’am comes from humble background and holds a Masters degree in Public Administration, Visharad in Sitar and Diploma in Textile and Fashion Designing. She has always run Kalakaksh as her second home, which it is. Her immense love and passion for art has always made this institute a non-commercial abode for students, who not only allow her to brush up their skills but also mentor their personal lives with her motherly touch.
It’s her personal motto to drive women to career success. With this aim, she understands the value of coaching, literally. Each of her students has cleared the entrance examinations. Why? The answer is simple – her non-commercial approach and her capability to counsel and teach every student in a way they would learn and rediscover themselves.
The course at PfW will help you develop a good base of visual skills, a broad knowledge of fashion business practice & an awareness of Modern Technical Processes. Computer Aided Design (CAD) is an integral part of the course. Students are also edified in Marketing, Merchandising & Retailing.
We offer certificate, diploma, and degree programmes that are led with a focus on Design Concepts, Surface Ornamentation, Pattern Making, Garment Construction, Draping, and Marketing and Entrepreneurial Skills in retail and wholesale.
Students who want to develop and express their creativity can do so through HIITMS Diploma of Fashion Design program. To create a unique signature for use in creating authentic designs, they do research, evaluate data, and conduct experiments.
NIDT offers Bachelor of Science in Fashion Designing. The Degree programme is a 3 years course divided into six semesters.
The program focuses on core objectives of providing the students with an integrated understanding and specialist perspective on the application of culture and professional practice in the fashion design industry.
