We will also share many sewing tips and where to buy supplies for your next project. This is for anyone keen at sewing, fashion, handmade, crafts etc.
All skill-sets are welcome! Join us in a 2-hour long hands-on and practice with the machine, complete with a virtual fashion field trip after, to the textile market just next door! We would love to help you get started!
What You’ll Learn:
Since 2015, we began our journey to provide a creative, friendly and nurturing environment in the fields of fashion, dressmaking & digital design for our valued students & partners.
Aspiring to bring artisanal sewing & patternmaking skills into the makers’ hands, and letting them into the gratifying experience of realising their creations. Over the years, we have grown into a community bonded by creative skills, knowledge & camaraderie.
In this 4-session course, you will learn to draft pattern and sew culottes with yoke, pleats and invisible zipper.
You will learn to make DIY cord piping, sew the pipping using the pipping foot and much more.
Learn to make your own basic pants (Salwar) and a basic top (Kameez) from start to finish. Those who prefer want to tailor their own clothes will pick up skills.
Mod Dress Workshop course training is offered by Sing Mui Heng for all skill level.
Zen Colouring with Threads classes are offered by Bernina Singapore for all skill level.
