The aim of this course is to provide knowledge and operative tools on financial and economic evaluation of suppliers/contractors. Starting from a general framework on relationships with suppliers the module will go in depth in analysing balance sheet information in order to understand economic and financial supplier profile. 

Models for evaluating the complementary competitive supplier profile will be provided too. Participants will continuously be involved with cases and simulations.

  •   Ratio analysis and Consolidate Balance sheet:
  •   Liquidity and cash flow Indicator,
