Financial Modelling & Business Valuation

This course is an intensive two-day course designed for individual with a need to consider or use financial models for the business purposes.

The course assumes that all delegates will have at least a basic level of Excel knowledge and ability as it begins by using at least some techniques and functions.

Participants will be required to bring a laptop to the course. Microsoft Excel Template will be given for Free.

Objectives:

• Build and analyse basic financial models
• Evaluate forecasts of financial and other data
• Use the “What if” or assumption and build into Microsoft Excel
• Develop discounted cash flow models
• Determine business value
