This three hour Fire Watch combination course which includes Incipient Fire with Fire Extinguisher training. This is ideal for for workers tasked with hot work or fire watch duties.
The Basic Fire Suppression curriculum is designed to provide clear guidance that ensures the adequate presentation of the information required to meet the Job Performance Requirements (JPRs) of National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) , Standard for Fire Firefighter Professional Qualification.
The Basic Firefighting course is part of the STCW program. Seafarers designated to participate in firefighting operations will be given 16 hours of training in techniques for fighting fires.
Includes hands-on training using a propane-fueled Class B live fire simulator. This class provides the student with the necessary types and use of fire extinguishers.
The 1-Hour Fire Protection And Prevention training course will describe the different types of fires and how to extinguish them safely to prevent damages and injuries on the work site.
