Fire Fighting Course The evidence says that man has been controlling fire for over more than 1.5 million years ago. Over the ages, controlled usage of fire evolved to such an extent that we can now trigger fire using various methods that are compact enough to be held in a hand.

But even now an uncontrolled fire is dangerous enough to cost lives. Anything that can get burned acts as fuel to fire and it keeps growing unless an external force is applied to cut the oxygen supply that supports fire.

The purpose of the Fire fighting course from SMEClabs is to provide firefighting knowledge and skills to meet the minimum job performance requirements for fire officers.

Candidates must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to function safely and effectively as an integral member of a firefighter team. When engaged in hazardous activities, the Fire Officer I work under direct supervision of a senior company officer and as a team leader.

• Advanced Fire and Safety suppression and rescue techniques in emergency simulations to conduct rescues and stabilize incident scenes.
