The company was first registered with the Malaysian Companies Commission on 12 July 2011 under the name Awaken Learning & Services and has changed its name to Awaken Training & Consultancy with the Malaysian Companies Commission on 18 September 2012. Services consist of personal consultation sessions, group workshops, seminars and courses for the organization.
