Fire Warden Training

The content of this course is aimed at staff who are designated Fire Wardens or who have responsibilities to:

• Carry out fire drills
• Test fire alarm systems
• Check extinguishers
• Check that fire doors are working properly

Objectives

By the end of the course, delegates will be able to:

• Understand the behaviour of fire and smoke
• Know what to do when discovering a fire
• Know how to use extinguishers
• Understand the role of a Fire Warden
