To be an effective supervisor means being an excellent communicator – bridging the gap between managers and supervised staff. This programme is aimed at less experienced supervisors or managers and can be just as useful for those new to leadership positions.
A pre-workshop questionnaire asking about the issues and objectives that delegates are facing allows us to tailor each course to the delegates attending. The course covers all the core topics and then additional topics to suit the individuals attending.
This qualification has been developed to support learners completing the Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship Standard and covers the knowledge, skills and behaviours of the standard.
