APPROACH TO TRAINING
The method of training is highly Participatory with great emphasis on Practical skills development in line with Adult Training and Learning Principles. After-Training support, follow-up and remedial coaching will be offered to interested participants and organisations on request. Course participants are encouraged to highlight specific areas of interest in particular work-related issues or opportunities. Brief History
Overcomers is a private higher education institution registered in terms of the Higher Education Act (Act 101 of 1997 as amended). It was established in 2010 as a black empowerment institution offering affordable and accessible post matric education primarily to those members of our society who were previously denied access to decent education.
