This regulated qualification is designed to provide the essential underpinning knowledge and skills to work in the food industry.
It is fully compliant with industry and regulatory standards. Topics covered are regarded by the Foods Standards Agency as important to maintaining good practice in the production and handling of safe food.

This qualification is aimed at individuals who are, or intend to be, food handlers working in catering.
The Level 2 Award in Food Safety is aimed at the training needs of people who handle food in the catering and hospitality sectors. It is recommended that a refresher course is taken every three years.
The Level 2 Awards in Food Safety provide a flexible syllabus which enables training to be tailored to meet specific needs.
HACCP Course is offered by Jacksons Health and Safety Limited. Training can be provided by our consultants who have experience presenting in-house and public course content. We can also develop bespoke training for our clients.
