About Me
Paul Kelly is a professional coach who has over 20 years’ experience in personal & professional development, who has a passion for assisting and facilitating others in their continued development.
From his early career years Paul has been involved in helping others change their outlook and situations. Whilst obtaining his Honours degree from Glasgow University he worked for the local youth service as a youth worker and senior youth worker.
After obtaining his degree Paul combined his love of youth work, outdoors and personal development to undertake a career within Outdoor Adventure Education Management. The majority of his work was providing development courses for young people and management training, working within charities, local education authorities and commercial companies.
Over the years Paul has gained many coaching and leadership qualifications in the field of outdoor adventure where he fostered his interest in coaching, mentoring and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and obtained the status of Accredited Practitioner of the Institute of Outdoor Learning.
Paul has held positions of senior management within the roles of technical expertise, training and operations for small and large national multi-site commercial companies as well as sitting on national committees for several advisory groups.
He has designed and delivered training, educational programmes, apprenticeships, events, development and coaching courses for an eclectic range of clients. He has extensive experience in these areas and is a skilled Trainer and Coach. He previously lectured at a local university on the Adventure Tourism Management Degree
Developing his skills further he added to his portfolio by completing a Diploma and Advanced Diploma in NLP, Life Coaching and Clinical Hypnotherapy from the Phil Parker Institute in London and continues to develop his abilities further.
More recently he gained his Diploma in the Buteyko Clinic Method with Patrick McKeown in Dublin and Galway and completed further studies with Patrick in Holland where he became certified to teach the Oxygen Advantage Programme
Paul sees private clients who are looking for coaching and personal development to change areas of their lives in a way that allows them to find balance and live the way they choose. He may even still be found out enjoying the mountains, rivers and sea.
Our Food Safety Awareness Train the Trainer training course is aimed at anyone within the hospitality or catering sectors that wants to be able to teach an in-house Food Safety Level 2 training course to their colleagues.
This course will start by covering some of the key terms you will need to understand before moving on to identifying critical control points and analysing some of the key hazards. It’ll show you how to determine control points and how to avoid cross-contamination in the food chain.

To provide course members an appreciation of ISO 22000 and the steps needed to develop, implement and maintain a food safety management system to meet its requirements.
The Level 4 Award in food safety management course is accredited through Highfield and is aimed at those who have a managerial responsibility when it comes to food safety.
