A set of skills to equip individuals in hygienic practices and handling food safely during the storage, preparation, display, service, and disposal of food.
It covers the importance of serving and storing food safely, the necessary measures for serving food to vulnerable persons, the safety requirements for commercial food operations and much more.
We offer  face to face food safety supervisor courses.  Our courses include industry specific content and are designed with the needs of our students in mind.
It is the responsibility of employers and food handlers to use hygienic practices that minimise the risk of food being contaminated while it is being prepared and served.
The HACCP Essentials course enables participants to learn how to implement and manage an effective Food Safety Management System that is compliant with the HACCP Food Safety standard.
