Course Details

French course is designed for adult learners who have completed level 3 language proficiency. Students will continue to develop their four basic skills (i.e. listening, speaking, reading, and writing) and learn about French culture.

The topics in Leçon 16 - 20 of the textbook will be covered. Upon completion of this course, students should be able to:

  • Indicate for how long certain activities have been going on

  • Describe recent events

  • Talk about cities and countries

  • Discuss food and beverages

  • Talk about portions and servings

  • Describe meals

  • Talk about various quantities

  • Talk about studies

  • Express wishes and obligations

  • Refer to previously mentioned people and things
