This short, in-work course supports your Pacific people to improve their conflict resolution techniques and leadership skills in the workplace. Fully funded by MBIE and delivered in partnership with Ttaki Auckland Unlimited’s Project Ikuna programme. A way to look at conflict resolution, from a uniquely Pacific perspective.
