This course is designed to provide an understanding of the principles of HACCP. The HACCP is a preventive risk management system designed to identify, evaluate and control hazards significant in the food industry related to safety.
This course is designed for all catering personnel involved with food handling. During the course delegates will gain a basic level of understanding of legislative and company requirements on food handling, proper disposal of food, and personal hygiene.
