This 1-day course will cover the basic requirements for shipping hazardous materials using 49 CFR (DOT) regulations.
This certification workshop discusses the fundamentals of shipping hazardous materials and hazardous wastes, quantity exemptions and exceptions, and recent changes in the regulations.
You will learn how to apply the rules to your materials. The course consists of engaging lecture, table-top exercises, and a series of review questions following each major topic. There is an exam administered at the end of the workshop.
