Course Details

Our level 1 award in health and safety in construction is delivered in a classroom setting over one day. This CSCS training course is designed for people who wish to obtain a CSCS Green Labourer’s card. It provides a practical summary of health and safety in a construction environment. The course further outlines the responsibilities of the worker and the employer in maintaining health and safety.

The minimum age to attend the course is 16. The class timings are usually 9am to 4pm. Please note that in order to apply for the CSCS Green card, applicants must have achieved the level 1 award in the construction environment. You must also pass the CITB Operatives health and safety test.
