Coachio Group is a values based organisation. Our values are not just written on the wall; they are woven through the fabric of our existence. We live and breathe these every day and apply them to all kinds of decisions, they describe how we do things around here. Our values have shaped what our organisation already is and will determine what it will become.
Coachio Values
When we decided to build our company, we wanted to do so with some key values in mind, to ensure we had structure and meaning to the way we grew as an organisation. We spent some considerable time white boarding and brainstorming over many days, coming up with many values or philosophies that we wanted our company to adhere to.
When it came to trying to remember them, we struggled. We decided to bunch them together to create key themes that we felt we would be proud to have as our organisational values, our way of doing what we do.
In an effort to make them easier to recall, we applied the acronym COACHIO. As our company grows, we continue to workshop our values to ensure that they are still valid and we apply these to pretty much all that we do, from our recruitment processes through to deciding whether to accept offers of work.
A safe working environment needs pro-active involvement from everyone in the workplace, not just employers and managers. Employees have a significant role to play, and this session will help them better understand their roles, responsibilities and opportunities.

This course provides students with the knowledge and skills to understand the principles of incident investigation. The course is a combination of theoretical and practical sessions. Students are assessed continuously during the course.
