Aims Of The Course

To instruct the students in theoretical knowledge of RTC Heavy Rescue Incident types, Heavy Rescue Stabilisation, Heavy Rescue Lifting Plans, Hazards, Drop Zones and Safety Cells.
To Instruct the students in Practically Stabilising and Lifting RTC Heavy Rescue vehicles in various orientations using Fire Service equipment from the RSV.

Course Objectives

Have a Theoretical Knowledge of RTC Heavy Rescue Incident types, Heavy Rescue Stabilisation, Heavy Rescue Lifting Plans, Hazards, Drop Zones and Safety Cells.
Be able to Safely, Practically Stabilise and Lift RTC Heavy Rescue vehicles in various orientations, using Fire Service equipment from the RSV.
