Students dance to today’s popular music. Emphasis is on fun, freestyle movement, body isolations, coordination, rhythm and more. This class is optional in all age divisions/programs.
A one hour class focusing on the popular, urban, youth culture of dance, originating on the street, that provides a funkier edge to the basic style of dance.
These Classes Are Great For Improving Your Rhythm, Personal Style and Articulation
Steps will be put together in combinations that the dancers add on to each week. Style will develop as the dancers feel free to express themselves. The steps are set to popular music (clean versions) that they listen to everyday!
Hip-Hop is a favourite for students of all ages! Classes feature stylized technique and fresh hip-hop combinations to the latest music. Originating as a form of street dance, Hip Hop is always evolving and is a fun and fast-paced work out for body and mind!
