  • Jordan Jesse van Wyk is 19 years old and has been dancing since he was 4 years old. He then started taking classes when he was 7, and dance became a passion when he was 13 and has been competing ever since. He specializes in Hip Hop Social Dance, Popping, African Dance, and Litefeet. He has represented South Africa four times in his dance career. His first time representing South Africa was in Rimini, Italy. He and his crew placed 12th out of 49 crews at the International Dance Organization (IDO) World Championships in 2015. He then went to the United Dance Organization (UDO) World Championships in Glascow, Scotland. He placed 5th in the world for his Hip Hop solo in 2017. The next year at the IDS African DSSL Exchange Competition held in Mauritius, he placed first for his Hip Hop solo performance. In 2019, at the DanceStar World Championships that was in Pore?, Croatia, Jordan placed first for his Street Dance Solo and his Formation team came 2nd in the world. Jordan is an Associate Member of South African Body of Dance that teaches at DanceWeb Studios and Five6seven8.
